I’m an IT Technician and Web Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Technology from California State University, Northridge, and hands-on experience building and supporting both technical systems and customer-facing web platforms. Web Engineer/Developer, Limited Edition Group

April 2025 – Present

  • Developed and maintained product sales web pages to support secure online transactions, connecting frontend interfaces to backend databases for real-time inventory management. Implemented secure payment processing solutions and integrated accounting workflows with QuickBooks to streamline financial tracking. Managed and hosted the web pages through AWS. Additionally, integrated third-party SaaS tools to monitor website traffic, analyze user behavior, and improve conversion performance.

January 2023 – August 2023

  • Documented completed tasks, ongoing issues, and action items while reviewing prior shift notes to maintain continuity and situational awareness of system status. Actively participated in change control meetings by providing updates on current projects, reviewing proposed changes, and communicating the status of new initiatives. Documented all incidents and resolutions in support logs and escalated complex issues to senior IT staff to ensure timely resolution and consistent user support.
